Today is a historical day (for me,anyway)! Finished phase 1!!! yeaaaah! :P
Lost 2kg! :)
'Sadly' we celebrated with 0.5l of fine beer, but i won't let my guilt get me! (going for a run later today, made a promess to work extra-extra hard:)
I'm really exited about the upcoming phase2! 5 more kilos to go! i hope to achieve this by end october-beginning of november...

the site is all-in-all great, this support is just fantastic! (only by reading it gives my strength!).
I've found that i'm so much lighter "inside", if it makes sense!Anyway, it really helps running! (i hope to run a marathon next year, this year i took it easy, started really and organized-way runnig 5 months ago...).
The other positives are: i drink much more water (2-2.5 liters a day!), eat more veggies (2-3 servings a day!), confidence (that it can be achieved) and learned so much more about my body...I think that everyone should take a break from pre-prepared food and fast-food and learn to really listen to his/her body, because if we won't treat it right, then it won't serve us right when we're older (that's what granny says always...still working on the field @78!:)
Congratulations!! You're gonna love phase 2!!
HOw many lbs is 2 kg??? lol
COngrats either way - come join me down in the phase 2 folder.. it's "way fun" down there!!
Train up a child according to his bent...
it's 4,41 pounds :) /just found a online converter, haha!/
so that makes about 10-11 more to go! :)
I can't even say how much i'm excited about eating mmmmh pasta (light, of course)...:P
