It only happens once a year and it's this weekend! I completely forgot! Will a rack of ribs completely destroy what I've accomplished? Tomorrow is day seven. I love ribfest! I won't eat the corn and beans and I'll eat properly the rest of the day...is that really bad?
Can you limit yourself to just a taste and not a full rack? Ribs aren't the best choice, especially in phase 1. The barbecue sauce will be loaded with sugar.
How funny this post is here - I ate 3 medium sized ribs last night at my parents, no extra BBQ and I pulled all the fat off. They were so so so good, but actually, upset my tummy a little bit!!
