Wow I finished phase 1 and I feel great! My overall goal is to lose 12-15 lbs and I lost 7lbs in phase 1. What really shocks me is how I am not always dying for a snack....I eat until full and its so doable.
I have had a few slip ups during phase 1, I had a few glasses of white wine and light beers and I did have a dessert out one night. Despite that I still lost weight! This board has been so great giving me great snack and meal ideas. A few have really saved me:
1. Sugar free jello
2. Sugar free peanut butter
3. Yummy ricotta concoctions
And last night I made stuffed peppers stuffed with sauteed ground beef (with garlic and onions and low fat mozz mixed in) topped with mozz and some very low sugar pasta sauce. Yum!
My high school 10 year reunion is in one week and I am so ready! I will be close to my high school weight for once!

That is great! Wow, you are more than halfway to your goal already! SB really is great, you just kinda adapt your lifestyle to it and it works. Phase 1 is the hardest part so now you are past that. Good luck with Ph2 and getting to your high school weight!
