hi, so im kinda floating in between phase 1 and phase 2. when i cook for my family its more phase 2 stuff but when i make food for myself its phase one stuff. ive allready completed phase 1 but decided that i want to stick to it cause when i eat some of the things on phse 2 i just feel nasty, so im fine whats on phase 1, actually i enjoy it. so heres my question, the other day while shopping i found peaches the ones in there own little individual containers and they are no sugar added sweetend with splenda, so my question, are they ok? heres ingredients and such

calories-25
sodium-10mg
carbs-6g
dietary fiber less than 1g
sygars 5g
vitamin a-4%
vitamin c-100%

ingredients: peaches ascorbic acid, acesulfame potassium, surclose

and thats it!! so is that ok?

Hi congrats on finishing phase one. You really should move to phase 2 by adding some fruit and ww carbs, just to your body does not go into starvation mode. The peaches sound like they are in some kind of syrup. If they say they are in water, then they are ok. However, if they are in syrup, even light syrup, it is best not to eat them. Or so I read. Someone else will have a good answer soon.
