Gosh I can't imagine all the post about people being hungry because at just completing day 4 I feel like I"m almost eating too much! here is what I had today.

BFAST:2 hard fried eggs (pam cooking spray)

1 sausage patty patted very dry!

1 small glass of skim milk

SNACK:1 chunck of low fat swiss cheese

1 sugar free jello

LUNCH: one huge garden tomato topped with a can of water packed tuna (drained of course) and fresh yellow peppers from the garden too! love this time of year! that meal was huge!!!! you should have seen the tomato, softball size!

SNACK: another sugar free jello, I'm addicted!

DINNER: one boneless skinless chicken breast over asparagus stir fry with onions and peppers (and a splash of soy sauce) and then a soup bowl of stewed tomatoes ( canned ourselves so I no there was no added sugar FIL is diabetic so we don't add that automatically, I did add salt, pepper and a bit of spelnda to taste) Again it felt like another HUGE meal!

SNACK tonight was bad I just get the munchies at night, 1/4 cup soy nuts, later a fat free string cheese and last but not least you guessed it another Jell-O!!LOL!!

that really sounds like ALOT of food now that I look back at it, did I go wrong in the amounts or types of foods, I'm just not feeling hungry, just satisfied... maybe I still need to look at portion sizes??

I actually don't think you're eating enough. Aim to include veggies in every snack and EVERY meal. You need 4.5 cups daily. The sausage patty I am not sure of the guidelines, but should be turkey or a lower fat meat.

You need more dairy. And 0.5 cups of your veggies can be beans (which you got in your soy nuts).

Relying on SF jello isn't good because there's not much nutritional value in those things, you're better off eating veggies to fill you up.
