Well for some stupid reason I have not been eating low fat cheese. I happened to read a post about it and duh! oh no! I have been eating cheese that has 9 grams of fat! I just got back from the store and could not find ONE label that said low fat cheese! So while I have not been gorging on cheese I have been eating it on almost everything. ;( Will have to go to a different store tomorrow. And as for tonight using a cheese that has 7 grams of fat.

Oh no!

Kraft makes lots of cheese made w/ 2% milk that are low fat. They have a variety of block, shredded and sliced. They have cheddar, swiss, etc. Also, many provolone cheeses don't say low-fat but meet the guidelines.
