Obviously, you guys can tell by now I have a sweet tooth. (pudding question) I couldnt find SF fudgicles at another grocery store I ran into today. I am bummed out. That would for sure help.

Yogurt raisins?? I don't want to go and eat a 1/4 C or anything but three or four a day?

I have a big-time sweet tooth, too. I allow myself one small piece of dark chocolate every day--like the Ghirardelli squares. If I didn't, I would eventually break down and eat a whole bag!

I like to mix 2 Tbls. of frozen ff whipped cream with 1 Tlbs. of peanut butter. It tastes like peanut butter ice cream. I make a few servings at a time and keep it in the freezer. Good sweet tooth fix.

This is what got me through phase 1:

South Beach 'Peanut Butter Cup'
Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 no-sugar-added Fudgesicle
1 tablespoon peanut butter (a natural pb without sugar or hydrogenated oil)
1 tablespoon fat-free frozen whipped topping or whipping cream

Instructions"
Take a no-sugar-added Fudgesicle and scrape it off the stick (microwaving it for about 15 seconds helps). Then add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and 1 tablespoon of fat-free frozen whipped topping or whipping cream. Mix together and enjoy.

Count the 1 tablespoon of peanut butter as half of your total nuts allowed for the day. (If you use two tablespoons of peanut butter, count that as your total nut allowance for the day.) Count the whipped topping and fudgesicle towards your Sweet Treats for the day.

Remember that the box can say either "sugar-free" or "no sugar added".

And, to add to Cathy's info....Popsicle makes some fudge pops and I've found that the stores in my area all offer a No Sugar Added fudge pop under their store brand.

I found my SF fugcicles!! SB peanut butter cup here I come......

I was also able to find banana and strawberry flavored extracts, might help me with my smoothie problem. Or like MichaelAnn said don't use yogurt at all.

I am going to make bean brownies sometime later this week. I'll let you know my opinion. :)
