First week back on SBD so far so good

This last week has been relatively easy for me. Today on my weigh-in I had lost 3 of the 10 lbs I had regained when I went off. My eating has been good, exercising went well and no giving into a number of temptations that came my way. I stayed strong and focused.I am seriously toying with jumping to phase 2 since this isn't my first time on SBD.
Any thoughts on this one?

Hi Barb,
Congrats on a good, successful week.
I would recommend moving to phase 2. IMO it's always better to be satisfied with fruits and grains on phase 2 than to feel deprived on phase 1.

Thanks for your input. I did start Phase 2 today. I am really looking forward to that fruit and grains. I had oatmeal for breakfast this morning and it was so delicious. ;)
