Hi,
I'm on day 5 of Phase 1 and starting to have trouble. I know I can make it through the 2 weeks, but am worried about doing this FOREVER!! I don't eat any meat or fish, which is making this challenging for me. Tofu is starting to get boring, especially since i'm used to putting sauces on it. Any suggestions?? I'm not a huge bean lover, although i did make a veggie chili the other day. Also, is low carb ketchup available in Canada or online?? I am a ketchup lover and put it on everything in VERY large amounts. It's been a rough 5 days without my ketchup!!
