Good Monday Morning!!!
Well, I survived my first weekend on SBD. I did well at not eating the "forbidden" foods. Believe me there was plenty opportunity for me to "cheat". The family celebrated my MIL's b-day - I was in charge of the dessert - I made 4 huge pans of brownies (but I didnt have any - not even a lick of spoon!!) I avoided all of the fresh corn on the cob, pasta salads, & watermelon. I ate grilled meat, greenbeans, & salsa!!
But on the down side, I did not get all of my veggies in for both days - and way too many nuts. I think that I am really going to have to limit my intake - they are definitetly my weakness (as well as cheese).
So this week, I am going to up my veggie intake, only eat my daily allocation of nuts & eat less amount of cheese. I have planned out menu's for this week - so I am hoping that will help me get all the veggies.

PS - my "unofficial" weigh lost is 4 lbs (this was on Friday):)

You did great! And, congratulations on 4 pounds gone forever!!!
