Hello all,
I just finished eating the best dinner and my husband LOVED it too. I made the Deep Dish Pizza Quiche. WHO SAYS PIZZA HAS TO HAVE CRUST? This was an excellent dish and I plan to make it for guests also! AND I got it from the Phase 1 recipes. So if you are hungry for pizza this is the recipe to make. Hugs, Linda

This is a big hit with my kids.
This sounds like something my kids might like.
I use mozzerella.
One of the big companies (Kraft, maybe?) makes a preshredded 2% Italian 3-cheese blend that we like. They also make a 4-cheese pizza blend but that is not reduced fat (and I don't know if it meets the fat guidelines).
