I'm struggling!!

This is day 2 on SB and tonight has been so tough! I'm wishing for a slice of pizza!! I feel like I'm always hungry and I've been snacking on the recommended foods! I'm a big salty snack lover and I've eaten sunflowers seeds but I'm still wanting more! Help!
My husband is doing this with me because we both need to trim our waist lines.
PS What does DH mean? I've seen that in some of the posts...

DH stands for darling husband. DS- darling son. DD- darling daughter. I can't bring myself to use the internet lingo. I just say husband. Personal preference. :)
As for your snacking desires, it does get easier. You're detoxing the cravings right now. The first few days are the worse. Fight through it! If you're hungry, eat. Make sure you have lots of SB friendly snacks available. There's a big list of foods to enjoy. Have you checked that out? There are probably some good options on there for you. Starving yourself isn't going to work. It also gets much easier when you hit Phase 2. I know it seems hard now, but it gets easier and the benefits are worth it!
Everything you're going through is normal; in about two more days you will have conquered it and you'll feel much stronger.

You've already gotten the right advice.
Now this might sound crazy, but it's been working for me.
Keep in mind, mindless munching is always worst when you are in front of the tv or computer.
