I'm assuming you're still on phase 1? Ypgurt w/ natural peanut butter & splenda is one of my favorite breakfasts. I use about 1/2 C nonfat plain yogurt, 1/2 C Dannon Light n Fit vanilla yogurt, a spoonful of PB, and a packet of splenda. Sounds weird, but really yummy and filling!
