Okay I am on day 9 and have not lost any weight or inches. I don't know if maybe I am eating to much or what. This is a typical day for me can you let me know what you think.Thanks in advance:) Also does anyone have a good reciepe for hot chocolate besides the packet kind? I have tried just using coco but it tasted bad. One more thing and I promise I will stop typing, Can I use sugar free whip cream instead of fat free??


Here is my day


 


Breakfast- PB 1 tsp., fat free vanilla yogurt 1/2 cup, fat free plain yogurt 1/2 cup mixed


snack- 2 turkey slices w/ i wedge or Laughing cow light cheese


Lunch- Spinach and fieldgreens w/ taco lean hamburger meat 1/3 cup blk beans sugar free salsa, fat free sour cream, small amt of guacamole and side of squash 1 cup, 2 sugar free jello cups


snack- string cheese and sugar free hot chocolate, packet kind


Dinner will be garlic chx sauted w/ evoo and broccoli w/ spray butter


Dessert will be fudgesickle w/ pb and fat free whip cream


 


Is this to much??

My first thought is that you might be going over on your sweet treat calories.

Can you help me put together a day menu as a guidline? I know That I am suppose to eat until I am full but I really never am!!! I am a pig. I am still craving the sweets. I am just having a hard time and i thought this was suppose to be easy! Also what part of NY are you from? My husband is from Saraoga area:)
