Which is worse?

Today I had a crazy last min day that had me leave the house earlier than I meant to and drive around the country side.... My question is on days like this is it better to eat whatever is on hand as long as you eat something or go without because you do not have any of the approved foods around? I know the answers if it was a perfect world but since it is not what is your opinion?

Thanks,

Andrea

It would depend on what you mean by "whatever is on hand".

In Phase 1... I'd say wait.

In Phase 2.... depends on what's on hand.

In the meantime, to prepare for any future delimmas, I'd stock up on some nuts that are always handy on the go!

I agree that it really helps to keep nuts/snack bars around.

I need to take a trip to Trader Joes and go nuts there with all their good snacks. I don't want to fall off the wagan again so soon.
