Hi!!!
My name is Kristin, this is my second attempt at SBD phase one. I had a STUPID slip up and I am back at square one. Oh well, live and learn.
Just thought I'd say hi and introduce myself.

Hi Kristin,
If you have a little slip up there is no reason to restart phase 1.
Just curious - what was the slip up?
When I did phase 2- on day 12 I totally broke and ate an entire tombstone pepperoni pizza by myself. Guess what - the next meal (pizza was lunch lol) I just kept back on the phase 1 rules, 3 days later moved to phase 2 and it really didn't have as big an effect as I thought! (Actually I lost 12.5 lbs in phase one and then another 5 lbs that next week, so it didn't seem to be a problem at all!)
The good thing about South Beach is there is room to err- and err we will being human and all!!! If you view it as your new way of eating and not a diet, it's a bit easier on the pysche!!
