Well yesterday I realized that coffee may be a major trigger for me.  Not only was I wanting that little bag of pretzles I saw SO BAD, but later in the day I swore I could smell fresh baked rolls in my mothers dining room, and there was no fresh bread around.

Funny though, tea doesn't affect me that way.  Of course there is not a chance that I my absent mindedly pour a little vanilla cream in my tea either!  Yea I did it yesterday and drank it anyway.  Won't make that mistake again.

This morning I am starting fresh with a yummy omlette w/fresh cut bell pepper, grated cheese, a little left over baked chicken.  Tip: I'm finding now days that a little presentation goes a long way.

Hi Joey,

I'm glad you figured out the caffeine/craving connection.

I love good looking food!!!

I don't do caffeine at all day to day.

Once every two-three weeks I'll feel the strong need for a caffeinated drink so I'll get a Diet Dr Pepper somewhere. That's about it!
