Hello everyone! I'm a long haul truck driver with my boyfriend and I'm about to go to the beach finally!!! I'm very excited although since I'll be doing this alone in the beginning I'll need all the support I can get from you guys. (Boyfriend's not quite ready to start) I've been doing a lot of research on this site but can seem to find specific recipes that would fit with my current supplies and stay on phase one. Let me see if I can explain. I have a 3.5 quart Crockpot (need phase one recipes for) and what is called in the travel world a Stove to Go, it looks like a lunch box (style and size) and it heats up to 300 degrees but it uses oven pans about 8"x3 3/4"x2 3/8" so need phase one recipes for that too. I've got a large amount of recipes that I've found on here but most call for a skillet and I don't have that yet. Could you ladies and gentlemen be of some help? TIA!!!!!

Thanks so much for that post! The Stove to go does cook the meat through. I've found a couple of recipes that use it (no where near sbf)and to cook ground meat I'd have to use an oven bag, add enough water and let it cook for 1.5 hours. I realize that some recipes will have to wait until I get better equipment but with a small space for a kitchen I have to make substitutions.
