fat-free refried beans

2 quick questions...
1) do fat-free refried beans count as an unlimited protein or a vegetable?
2) are legal veggies unlimited (within reason) on phase one?

Hi Kristi,
Fat free refried beans are limited to 1/2 cup a day.
Eat all the vegetables you want... in fact in phase 1 you are not supposed to be hungry so when youa re hungry eat- stick with legal foods double up on the veggies and you're good to go!
When in doubt - slather natural peanut butter on a slice of white turkey meat and wrap it around a cheese stick.
There's your power hunger buster bar. ;-)
