I doing great, having 3 different meals already prepared has made all the difference. Not to mention, allowing myself a modified phase 1, including whole wheat (3g fiber or more) crackers and bread, when I feel the need has taken all the pressure off. I love it!
Yesterday I had:
B: 12oz V8 (on the go)
EarlyL: chicken soup w/cabbage, spinach, and ginger.
S: SF Fudgsicle
EarlyD: baked turkey w/4 triscuts & 3 celery sticks w/ranch dip.
S: SF Jello
LateS: Milk & nuts
Yesterday I had:

My kids wake up starving, lol. I don't like to wake up!!!
SO usually they get into the fridge and BRING me stuff they want to eat.
We had strawberries and crackers in bed a few days ago.
