Feeling lost...taking it from the top!

Here I am again. You probably don't remember me because I come and go (with failure)! I was successful on SB once and lost about 15 pounds. I've since gained all but 5 back. I've attempted it again several times and haven't had the willpower to stick with it. I've tried a couple of days of phase 1 then moving on to phase 2. I've tried starting at phase 2. Nothing seems to work and I'm gaining and gaining. My clothes are tight and I feel like crap.
I am going to take it from the beginning again. I will do 2 weeks of phase 1. I remember (and long for) that feeling of being in control and think that a full phase 1 is the only thing that will do it for me. Is this okay????
I have no food in the house and will go shopping today for good food only.
I'm not good at journalling....can someone help me get thru this?? :(

Thanks. I'm not feeling very optimistic but I am determined.
So far today I had a spinach omelet w/ V8. I plan to have some laughing cow cheese and celery for a snack and tuna salad with lots of chopped veggies for lunch. For dinner, I'm planning grilled london broil, salad and some other
