Too much food?

Phase 1, Day 2
I'm feeling very tired, though I did workout today. Can someone tell me if this is too much food for one day?
Pre-Workout: 1 hard boiled egg
Post-Workout: 1 soy patty w/ 1 slice lf american cheese, 2 slices tomato, V8
Snack: cashews
Lunch: salad greens topped with chicken, black beans, salsa and lf cheddar
Snack: tofu, milk, peanut butter smoothie (didn't go over my nut allotment)
That's what I've had so far. For the rest of the day, I've planned:
Snack: I'm going to need something else...probably some veggie strips, lf aloutte cheese and deli turkey
Dinner: vegetable beef soup
Snack: sf jello

There's no such thing as too much food, as long as you eat within the guidelines.
I'm on Day 2 Phase 1 also and I feel like I'm eating too much.
I'm practically following the meal plan out of the book word for word.

Me too! I am craving sweets SO bad!! And, sf fudgebars and the other phase 1 allowed treats just don't do it for me. I AM determined, though, so I'm just going to keep on eating the good stuff - even if it means I'm eating too much.
I know from the last time I did this that this tired, weak, fragile period will pass in a couple of days and that I'll be feeling more in control and energized.
Stick with me and let's see if we can get past this in a few days!
