I hope you all don't mind my updates here...I'm just not up to journalling yet! ;-)
Day 1 & 2 were good...although I did have a bit of a cheat last night before bed. I had about 12 Pringles and one package of SBD cookies. I'm not going to beat myself up about it, but I am disappointed in myself.
Today is Day 3. I had a hard boiled egg and Im getting ready to work out. Not sure what I'll be having for the rest of the day. I'm sure I'll post again to get confirmation that it's okay!

Hope you got that all out of your system so you can do better tomorrow.

Re: cheating - let me know when you scarf down an entire tombstone pizza that was meant for dinner for the WHOLE FAMILY!! lol

Okay, you know what you need?
Jennie's Phase One HUNGER BUSTER
ingredients:ur
all natural peanut butter
white turkey breast deli meat
cheese stick of your choice
slather the peanut butter on the deli meat and wrap it around the cheese stick
CONSUME
Also, you might need to eat more SBD approved foods so you aren't as hungry and that will help with your urges to eat the cheat foods. If you are hungry cheating is so much more appealing than if you are full.
