Hi, I have been reading your board for 15 days start weight for me was 250, I am now 242 since i started the phase 1.. however i had 2 mess-ups.. HALLOWEEN.. and a bud light pounder ordered out of habit. So my question is should I re-do another phase 1 to completly rid my self of the sugars or just jump to phase 2?
