Phase one is completed. 9 lbs down. Sad thing, you can't tell. So, 40 more to go!
Now, to see about phase 2. What was the first thing you all added back??

I added in 1 grain and 1 fruit daily, then the next week upped each of those one more, until I reached 3 a day.

The first thing I added back was oatmeal and/or cereal for breakfast - I HATE eggs, so breakfast was a nightmare on phase 1. For my fruit I added an apple with peanut butter for my afternoon snack - I serious think I still have that about 28 days out of every month for my afternoon snack, even after 3 years LOL!
