New & Starting the Beach

Hello Ladies:


I am finally joining forces with my girlfriends and starting on "the Beach".  First day is Monday.  I'm arming myself with lots of chicken, tuna, eggs, low-fat cheese, plain non-fat yogurt and skim milk.  Are there any tips for breakfast and dinner.  Lunch isn't hard for me as I'm a creature of habit and most lunches are salad with chicken in it.  I have an AWFUL sweet tooth so any suggestions there would be very helpful.


I've heard you are all a great support system so I look forward to getting to know you.
