Help!! A really bad food day

Tonight was my granddaughter's 3rd b-day, at Chuckie Cheese. I was really bad and ate pizza, I also had a small piece of cake (the cake was great). I've been on phase 1 for about 9 days and I've lost about 8 lbs. (YEA). But now my question is this, do I have to start phase 1 all over again, or just add another day. Also do you really have to move on to phase 2 can you stay on phase 1 for a week or two more??

Keep going with phase 1. Next time there is a social event, plan ahead so that you don't end up eating stuff that you don't need.

Stay on P1, and just chalk it up as a bump in the road and a lesson learned.

Nona, you are doing a wonderful job so far...8 pounds in 9 days is amazing! I had a similar experience today at work...we had parent/teacher conferences, and for supper my school bought huge Subway sandwiches. Well, I didn't plan ahead and ate a piece of the sandwich, but no chips. Let's just chalk it up to a bad meal and just continue as you have been. Obviously what you are doing is working. It's ok to mess up once in a while...we are human and this will happen every so often. Congrats on your progress so far!
