Hello!
Newbie here! After mulling it over for quite some time I have decided to bite the bullet and dive in. It really came to a head when I started having some dizzy spells - low sugar. Then last night my fiance's parents were over and they were telling us what they learned at his dad's diabetes classes and it scared the living daylights out of me.
So here I am! Ready to be healthier!
I was wondering if anyone would have any advice for me - I have torn ligaments in my ankle (fell jogging) and cant really do any cardio. I have been doing pilates - the 20 min video - thats about all I can do right now! LOL!
Can you still lose without doing cardio? I plan on adding cardio in as soon as my doctor gives me the ok - but I cant even swim yet as I cant put any weight on my ankle for another week and a half.
