Newbie Starting Phase 1

Just wanted to introduce myself. I've been lurking for the past two weeks, read the book and I'm ready to get started. I lost 40 pounds on Weight Watchers but I can't get back into it. I'm so addicted to sweets that I keep using all my points on snacks and then I'm starving by dinner time and I have no points left. Hopefully Phase 1 will curb my cravings.

I've been working on my shopping list but I'm struggling with dinner recipes. It's just DD and I and she won't eat anything I make so I'm looking for dinner ideas that will freeze well. Wish me luck and I'll be posting often.

Starting Weight 186.6
Current Weight 148.8

I haven't picked a goal weight yet. I haven't been able to get below 140 since before I had DD. I would love to get back into my old clothes which are a size 10.

Hi Kris,

Protein is technically unlimited so it's fine if you just eye-ball it.

Hi Cathy, thanks for the reply!

It says WHOLE WHEAT as 4th ingredient after water, wheat gluten, and oat bran.

9g of fiber so 3 x's as much as allwd.

Question tho.

This is a low-carb wrap and isn't the best

I'm not familiar with Flatout, but I wanted to comment on the 9g of fiber.

Also, just in the spirit of trying to help you along, the "honey" in your meat choice is probably not the best.

Hi Kris,

If processed grains bother your tummy you might want to consider getting your grain servings from non-wheat sources.
