Newbie Starting Phase 1

Just wanted to introduce myself. I've been lurking for the past two weeks, read the book and I'm ready to get started. I lost 40 pounds on Weight Watchers but I can't get back into it. I'm so addicted to sweets that I keep using all my points on snacks and then I'm starving by dinner time and I have no points left. Hopefully Phase 1 will curb my cravings.
I've been working on my shopping list but I'm struggling with dinner recipes. It's just DD and I and she won't eat anything I make so I'm looking for dinner ideas that will freeze well. Wish me luck and I'll be posting often.
Starting Weight 186.6
Current Weight 148.8
I haven't picked a goal weight yet. I haven't been able to get below 140 since before I had DD. I would love to get back into my old clothes which are a size 10.

If it's never been opened my guess is that it's probably fine.
For the curry paste:
Curried Crockpot Chicken
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 large spoonfulls of jarred Red Curry Paste (would Panang be OK, I have no idea what the diff is)
2 lrg spoonfulls of natural PB
a squirt of lime juice
half an onion
a dozen cherry tomatoes or canned tomatoes (I have canned)
frozen greenbeans

I'm glad you got the grain serving size thing figured out.
You don't have to be exact with measuring your vegetables.
