Is this hummus OK for Phase 1? Phase 2?

I am getting it out of the Biggest Loser book.
3 cups cooked chickpeas or 2 (15 oz) cans
1/2 c warm water
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp tahini
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
It says: Makes 2 cups; 16 (2 tbsp) servings (would this really be all I can have?!?!)
So per the above tiny tiny serving:
54 calories; 3g protein; 8g carbs; 1g total fat; less than 1g sat fat; less than 1g polyunsat fat; 1g monosat fat; 0 mg cholesterol; 2g fiber; 112 mg sodium
Good??? Eaten w/ red pepper strips maybe?

Typically hummus is limited to a 2 tablespoon serving size.
