Weight Loss Stall???

hi!
I lost 5lbs last week - on phase one - very thrilled.
This weekend I gained a lb. And I cant seem to lose it.
WHat advice do you have for me? I am readly to lose more and more of these stubborn pounds.

PS: I cant workout - as I tore ligaments in my ankle - so I have been doing weights and pilates when I have the energy - but to be honest I really havent had the energy.

Im still in Phase One - I have until Saturday to finish my two weeks.
I cant WAIT to move onto week two - but Im very nervous.

The biggest advice, as hard as it is, is to be patient.

I cannot WAIT to be in Phase 2 - Im sooo tired on Phase One and need my energy back - Im dealing with a bum ankle and a new job - so its allot at once.
Im REALLY nervous about going into Phase 2.

Hi,
Just wanted to pop in and say that if you're having a tough time in phase 1, the cravings are gone and the scale has stopped moving downward, it's probably time to move into phase 2.
