GAINED THREE LBS!!!!

Hi


I have been on Phase One for almost two weeks now - with the advice of others I am moving into Phase 2 - and this morning when I steppedon the scale - I am up three lbs!  IM SO FRUSTRATED!!

I HAVE to be doing something wrong - can you please help?

Here is what I have been eating.


Monday: 
B: Omelet with tomatoes, mushroom, and cheese
Coffee with Cream
L: Veggies with Chicken and Marinara Sauce
S: Cashews
D: Grd Chicken (lean) and mozz and ricotta and peppers and sauce


Tuesday:
B: Omelet with tomatoes, mushroom, and cheese
Coffee with Cream
L: Veggies with Chicken and Marinara Sauce
S: Cashews
D: Grilled Chicken with greenbeans (tons) and bluecheese (light and low sugar)
D: Sfree Fudsicle

Wednesday:
B: Omelet with tomatoes, mushroom, and cheese
Coffee with Cream
L: Cream of Mushroom Soup and salad with cheese and lowfat sundried tomato vinegrette
S: 2 cups skim milk with cashews
D: Grilled Chicken with light/low sugar bluecheese and tomatoes


 


Any and all help is GREATLY appreciated.  Im frustrated because I have no energy following Phase One - I have a wedding in less than 5 months and I CANNOT be heavy for it- so any advice from all of you is GREATLY appreciated!

In addition to what everyone said about the menu - remember that SO much goes into that number on the scale: water retention, undigested food, unpassed bowel movements, sore muscles retaining water, etc.

I still weigh everyday even though I am in "maintenance" and its almost hysterical sometimes. I will be 115 quite a few days in a row, then all of a sudden be 113, then the next day 119 and the next 115 again. Did I gain SIX pounds, then lose FOUR in three days? Heck no! Its when the TREND is up over a period of weeks that there is a problem. When talking about weight loss you cannot look at it on a day-by-day basis. You have to look at the overall average and trend over a much longer amount of time.

I think I need to revisit the guidelines.


What are the fat guidelines for cheese?

Im going to revisit the guidelines and make some healthier choices and be more aware!

The guidelines for cheese are it has to have less than 6g fat per oz.


The following thread has a lot of Great info...it has the foods to enjoy list (with guidelines for cheese, nuts, etc), and a meal planner.
