GAINED THREE LBS!!!!

Hi
I have been on Phase One for almost two weeks now - with the advice of others I am moving into Phase 2 - and this morning when I steppedon the scale - I am up three lbs! IM SO FRUSTRATED!!
I HAVE to be doing something wrong - can you please help?
Here is what I have been eating.
Monday:
B: Omelet with tomatoes, mushroom, and cheese
Coffee with Cream
L: Veggies with Chicken and Marinara Sauce
S: Cashews
D: Grd Chicken (lean) and mozz and ricotta and peppers and sauce
Tuesday:
B: Omelet with tomatoes, mushroom, and cheese
Coffee with Cream
L: Veggies with Chicken and Marinara Sauce
S: Cashews
D: Grilled Chicken with greenbeans (tons) and bluecheese (light and low sugar)
D: Sfree Fudsicle
Wednesday:
B: Omelet with tomatoes, mushroom, and cheese
Coffee with Cream
L: Cream of Mushroom Soup and salad with cheese and lowfat sundried tomato vinegrette
S: 2 cups skim milk with cashews
D: Grilled Chicken with light/low sugar bluecheese and tomatoes
Any and all help is GREATLY appreciated. Im frustrated because I have no energy following Phase One - I have a wedding in less than 5 months and I CANNOT be heavy for it- so any advice from all of you is GREATLY appreciated!

Suddenly gaining 3 lbs is almost always going to be temporary bloat.
The final decision is up to you...but, knowing now that you've been overdoing it and eating some illegal things (e.g. the cream of mushroom soup), I'm inclined to say that you should finish out P1, then start P2 as scheduled.

I agree Joy - I think I should continue on it -maybe extend it one week since I kinda messed up.

I don't think you need to extend it for a week, unless you see that you're having cravings.
