OK so looking at my menus the past few days - I was very confused as to what I was allowed and what I wasnt - so thank you to all that helped me get on the straight path! I appreciate your patience with me.
OK - so let me see if I have this right - please correct me if Im off base:
20 peanuts OR 15 cashews - trying to get the lightly or not salted version.
Is it 2 or 4TBSP of salad dressing per day? 3gms of sugar or less per 2tbsp - lean towards the olive or canola oil based ones.
4 1/2 cups of veggies (this is going to be tough - any tips?)
2 cups milk (including light soy milk)
Limit Cheese (6 gms of fat or less)
Is SFree Chocolate ok in Phase One? It says Sfree Candy - does this include chocolate?
Is there a limit on hot sauce?
Any tips on snacks. Im not a good planner so if I could get some easy snack Ideas I would greatly greatly appreciate it!
I think I was overdoing it on condiments as well - as I didnt realize that they had a limit - glad I know now!
