Hi,
I'm excited about trying this diet, since I've decided to a new start this holiday season! I only need to lose about 15 pounds in total. Can I expect to really lose 8-10 lbs in phase I? I get some light exercise twice a week. Also, I've found a salad dressing that is calorie and sugar free. Can that be used on this diet? Are the nuts absolutely essential?

thanks for the support. I seem to like this program, but it feels like a lot of food (which is a good thing). I have to admit, I'm trying to deal with the caffiene amount, but I like my coffee (4 per day and soda 1) I hope this doesn't affect anything.
As this is day 3, the headache went away with two excedrin, and I seem to have increased energy.
