I've been on the diet for 2 days, and I gained 2 pounds! Oh no!! Well, I pigged out over the holidays, and I decided to start the program the 26th. I’ve been doing it correctly, and I’ve still gained.


But I’m not giving up. I’ve previously been on diet pills, and I lost about 30 pounds on them, 15 gained back…but they are expensive. So, I’m determined to give it a go on my own, and I feel good (even though I gained).

I'm not in that time of the month, I'm not constipated (actually my bowel movement has improved! I've suffered from constipation since my gall bladder surgery last year).

Eggs, cheese, salsa


Coffee with non-fat milk

Cheese, salsa and peanuts are all pretty salty.

Also, as hard as it is, don't weigh yourself daily for awhile, especially if it's going to frustrate you.
