peanut butter smoothie!!

i cant remember who i found this recipe from but its amazing!! i usually have egg whites with spinich, 1 reduced fat cheese stick, and 15 almonds, and thats where the trouble started i would always grab a snack like 5 minutes after that breakfast (and its not sbd phase 1 friendly) so when i tried this it COMPLETLY filled me up and since it was sweet i had NO cravings for bad things so no i have the power to get myself through phase 1!!
if you havent tried it yet you should!!
PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup plain, fat-free yogurt
2 packets of splenda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
a few ice cubes
Blend together and enjoy! You may also want to add a teaspoon or so of unsweetened cocoa powder for a peanut butter/chocolate smoothie.
i love running anywhere, but its espically special on the beach in the waves....

That's one of my favortie smoothies! It even counts as 1.5 dairy servings!
I love to add stawberries or blueberries to mine for a "PBJ" flavor.
PBJ is my favorite as well!!
