Hi..
I am new here.I've been reading all i can about SBD and it seems sensible. Now all i have to do is to gather the grocery list, am still not confident about whats allowed but i will continue to read more. I want to start this tomorrow!! Hopefully all goes well.

I am starting tomorrow too, i have to go to the grocery store tonight and stock up on SBD friendly foods. I can't wait! I have done SBD before and I know it works, so i'm excited to get started!!
Hi everyone! I'm starting in the morning, too. I am so excited and nervous at the same time. I'm going to try to set mini-goals instead of huge ones like I usually do. So my mini-goal is to lose 2 pounds this week and to work out 5 days this week for atleast 20 minutes per day and gradually increase it. Right now, I work in a office and go to school, so I barely get any exercise except for walking to class on campus. Here are my goals/stats:
Current Weight: 170
Height: 5'4"
Goal Weight: 120
Short term goals: 2 lbs each week and slowly increasing my exercise each week
My reward: Feeling great, looking great, and a CRUISE in May for my birthday!! Hopefully, I'll be bikini ready!
Hi all - I've started the Beach today. I did my shopping and did some preparing this weekend. I did SBD 4 yrs ago and felt really great and dropped the pounds. Since meeting dh I've put it back on and then some. So I'm here to do it again. And dh is going to do it with me.
SW - 173
Short term goal 10 lbs. Long term goal 40 lbs.
