Hello,
me and my dh just started the sbd two days ago and I was just wondering it the sorbee products are allowed? It's sugar free syrup, candies and chocolate bars... and also the snack pack brand of sugar free pudding?

If they are sugar free, then they would be okay to have, but the calories must be counted towards your 100 calorie sweet treat allowance per day.

I think they also have some cookies on that website. Be careful with those. They need to be not only sugar-free, but 100% whole wheat flour as well. Might be best to stick with the SB brand of cookies. But they would be a phase 2 food & count as a grain serving.

In phase 1, I ate a lot of sugar-free jello, ricotta desserts and sugar-free fudgesicles. Chocolate or peanut butter smoothies are also great for phase 1.
