I did the SBD about a year ago and it worked great, I lost the weight I wanted to and was good with keeping up with it through phase three...for awhile. Throw in a whole lot of stress and many many big changes and I slipped and kept slipping. I have decided with the new year (and the fact that my jeans no longer fit anymore) that because it worked once I'll go back on it.  My main issue though is fast on the go breakfasts. I work as a care aid in continueing care. My usual day starts at 545am in time for a quick shower, hair out the door with a coffee and banana and a granola bar. At work in time for report at 645 where I eat my meager little breakfast. Coffee break isn't till 930 (instant porridge, two slices of toast with peanut butter and jam, juice or water and occasionally a yogurt. with lunch at 1130 or 1245  depending on which rotation they've got me on that day. (usually leftovers from the night before or a tuna sandwich). Last coffee is at 2 where I"ll usually have the yogurt if I haven't eaten it at lunch, if I have then just water or occasionally a can of pop.  Dinner is anywhere between 5 and 7 with an often late night snack consisting of anything varying from fruit to icecream or cheese.

I think I'm pretty good for dinners, my cousin lent me her SBD cookbook, and lunches cause I can still do leftovers. but there's not really any phase one breakfasts that I can take with me on the go at 6 in the morning. I'm not a morning person so if I have to make anythign that early I just won't eat. But if I can make it the night before then nuke it fast before I head out then I"m good.

Any help would be great thanks
