Who would like to critique my journal?!

This is my 3rd day on Phase 1 and would like to know if I'm on track :)
B: 2 eggs and 2 oz of canadian bacon
S: part skim mozzarella cheese stick
L: Huge salad w/ cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, fat free shredded cheese with a 3-4 oz grilled chicken breast. tiny bit of olive oil and rice vinegar
S: 15 almonds
D: will be salmon, veggies and some sort of salad with a sugar free/fat free fudge pop
All feedback is welcome!!

Looks good to me! This is very similar to the way I was doing Phase 1. One thing though, I usually drank some skim milk at breakfast. I found the few good carbs in it gave me some extra energy in the morning.

Good idea on the milk at bfast..I usually do milk in the evening with my meal.
You're missing the dairy...two servings daily.
