Week One Almost Down

Week one on phase one is almost done, and for the most part I've done well. And lost 9 pounds this week! I had to check it three times!
DH And I are doing this together, which has made all the difference. But tonight we're out to dinner, and I'm worried about that. I checked the book and have a plan, so hopefully that will help!
One bit of advice I'm curious about - - I started the week gung ho on both the exercise and the diet. I am doing great with the diet, but the exercise has falled a bit. I go on an hour walk with DH each night and love that, but am worried about the toning portion....any ideas to fit that into a busy schedule? Videos or anything?

I found exercise hard during P1, because I didn't have the energy.
