Finished 1st Week of Phase 1!

I've officially finished my first week of Phase 1. I am torn between going through the next week or if I just want to go ahead and start P2. I think my cravings are gone, does that mean it is time? I've lost 7 lbs this week! But, some of the times have been really hard. I'm a broke college kid so it would great to able to eat a apple on the go for a part of lunch or have half a whole wheat bagel in the morning. Plus I really want to start working out this week because I have been so tired last week and I didn't have the energy. At my university, we have a free gym and free aerobics and weight training classes, so I want to take advantage of that.


If your cravings have stopped, and you're ready, then I think you'll be fine moving onto P2.
