I was just wondering what you are eating today???
I have eaten some pistachios, and a 1/2 of a rotisserie chicken breast. I plan to have a salad for lunch and then for dinner I think I am going to steam some broccoli and sprinkle with cheese and have a salad or a piece of salmon to go with it. What are you guys having? Maybe I can get some ideas as I plan the rest of my week.

Breakfast was 3/4 c. Kashi go lean with 1/2c skim milk.

Breakfast was a western omelet
I'm not familiar with that eggplant parm...is it SBD friendly?
breakfast: Cottage cheese and 2 slices of turkey bacon a glass of V8
Lunch: Left over crockpot mexican chicken and sliced cukes, SF fudgscile
Dinner: I'm thinking Orange Roughy with tomatoes and capers
It is gluten free grilled eggplant parm with low fat cheese.

Day 1 so I'm still practicing.
Breakfast was egg whites and tofu
Snack was low fat string cheese
Lunch was a salad w/ veggies
Snack was 15 cashews
Dinner will be tofu and veggies or something similar. Need to do a major SBD shopping!
Oh yes,
I really missed the dessert and sweet something after lunch during P1.
