I was just wondering what you are eating today???


I have eaten some pistachios, and a 1/2 of a rotisserie chicken breast.  I plan to have a salad for lunch and then for dinner I think I am going to steam some broccoli and sprinkle with cheese and have a salad or a piece of salmon to go with it.   What are you guys having?  Maybe I can get some ideas as I plan the rest of my week.

This is what I have eaten today and I'm at 100% of my plan:

SBD Recipe Quiche w/ extra lean turkey bacon added
Homemade high fiber, no sugar granola and soy milk

Celery and hummus

Eggplant mini pizzas

Yummy day!

I'm going to have some SF Jello and SF whipped topping later
