So if there is one thing that has happened since starting phase 1 last monday is my hungry has gone downhill big time! Yesterday I had to make myself eat, I could of eaten out of boredom for sure but I just wasn't hungry... then this morning I woke up and weighed in - had a 1.5 lb gain!! grrrrrrrrr ... I've been weighing everday which might not be so good, but I am a scale addict.... Anyways I ate a little breakfast, then had some sunflower seeds for a snack, a few bites of rotissary chicken for lunch, then dinner was more chicken and asparagus and then had my sweet treat of a sf fudge pop - thats all I could eat! I could barely get breakfast down, same with lunch today, I just wasn't hungry but I ate anyways, sometimes it is physically hard to get the food down though! ... side note - this is TOTALLY not like me at all, pre-sbd I would wake up in the morning stomach growling and the first thing I would think of was what can i eat?!?! ... and it would continue all day long!
So will eating less really cause weight gain????

Yes; not eating enough can cause you to gain.
Joy is right.
Thanks for the response ladies! and WOO HOO on the detox, I have never been this "not hungry" before! ... its a very new and weird feeling for me. Usually food is like all I think about, so this is a nice change... lol
Thanks again!
