Any Tips from the Veterans?

Hi ladies.
Just wondering if you have any tips for going from P1 to P2 - -I'm a bit freaked! I've read the advice to not prolong P1 and I'm good with that - - just seems that I'm adding back in foods, so I'm assuming I cut what I've been doing and that's good, just curious if you have tips for planning the transition?

You're going to continue eating exactly as you've been eating.
This is my favorite, to help you feel less freaked:
I added slowly for fear of overeating, something I still struggle with.
I did 1-2 fruit, 1-2 grain for the first 3 weeks then added aonther of each after that.
I have to double my nuts allowance and I eat one big avocado everyday b/c if I don't, I tend to get a migraine.
But I'm still losing and in that same way you'll find what works for you too!
