Hi! I am starting Phase 1 tomorrow. I am a student and need something that I can carry with me to school and eat during break. I don't have access to a microwave, so it needs to be something cold or room temp.

Any ideas?

Thank you!

If you don't mind cold cooked eggs, then the mini quiches are a great way to go.

SALAD, grocery stores have those already-prepare-salads that you can grab and go.

If it's cold where you are, you can make a SB friendly soup (there aren't many prepared ones out there, but there are a couple) and put it in a thermos.

When I was in school, I lived off marinated bean and veggie salads.

I love the cans of V-8 juice you can get.
