I just realized I finished my first week on Phase one and it went by so fast and today Starts my 2nd week! I have not weighed again so all I know from last Monday is I am down 6 pounds. I will probably weigh again Monday. I know it is only one week but I am so proud of myself =) I made one mistake so far (I think). I bought some soup from the deli at a local grocery store and ate it. realized later it had sugar. I do have a question Can I have light yogurt?

Congrats- it sounds like you are doing awesome! I still use fat free plain yogurt occasionally and I mix mine with splenda, a touch of vanilla and cinnamon and it is very good. You can also mix in natural peanut butter, which is yummy!

Fantastic! You are off to a great start!

I have also developed a real taste for plain yogurt (with a little splenda and fruit or sf jam), especially greek style yogurt. The pre-sweetened stuff now tastes really fake and overly sweet to me.
